✨ Role Description
The Young Talent Trainee program is a 24-month rotational program designed to give you exposure across various departments or functions, including Retail Territory Management, Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, and Finance.
As a trainee, you will:
- Complete structured training modules to develop technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional expertise.
- Rotate across multiple departments to gain practical exposure to different roles and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Matric plus B/BTech degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or Finance disciplines.
- Accounting Technician NQ5 qualification (for finance roles).
- Geographically mobile.

- Strong academic record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
